NEWS: US: DC Federal gov't offices close due to inclement weather, 10 inches of snow expected

Another batch of heavy snow and frigid temperatures is forecast from Virginia to New England as a winter storm bears down on the mid-Atlantic and northeastern US. In the meantime, Federal government offices in Washington DC closed on Tuesday due to severe weather conditions.
